3 Week Online Cooking Series

Making the shift to a vegan lifestyle can be tough without the right support, and that's why I am hosting this online cooking series to show you how it can be done. I'll share tips on shopping for, meal planning, and cooking your own food, as well as techniques for making healthy eating easy peasy. As a vegan educator practicing a plant-based diet for the past 23 years, I'm happy to share what has worked for me and hundreds of clients who have adopted a vegan lifestyle.
In this online class you will learn quick and easy recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert. All recipes are vegan and gluten-free. I'll demonstrate how to make the recipes and show you how to use kitchen tools such as the Vita-Mix, Cuisinart food processor, InstantPot, garlic press, and much more. My goal is that everyone should be able to live a healthy vegan lifestyle if they want to, regardless of age, ability, income, education, or skill level.
Breakfast: Pumpkin Pie Pancakes with Pecan Praline
Lunch: InstantPot Black Bean Soup with Cashew Crema
Dinner: Black Bean and Brown Rice Tostada with Calabacitas and Gucamole
Dessert: No Oil No Sugar Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Each class will include an online cooking demonstration and PDF handouts on each week's topic. We'll end with a discussion where you'll have the opportunity to ask questions. I look forward to supporting you on your vegan journey!
Full Course Series
The four-week class series is just $97 if paid in full in advance. Individual classes are $30 per class.
