About The Event
In this 5-week training course you will learn everything you need to know to be a vegan role model in your family and community, speak confidently about food and nutrition, and explain the ethical reasons behind a vegan lifestyle. You will learn how to prepare vegan entrees, sauces, salads, side dishes, desserts, and healthy treats.
Classes include detailed presentations, handouts with recipes, hands-on instruction, vegan food, and opportunity for Q&A. You will also receive unlimited support from the instructor who is an expert in the field of vegan health and wellness.
Course will be conducted by Mary Lawrence, vegan chef and wellness educator, owner of Well on Wheels, and council member of the American Vegan Society.
