About The Event
Are you curious about how to eat healthier? Do you care about the planet? This class will teach you the basics of a whole foods, plant-based diet and how a shift away from eating animal products is good for you and the planet. You will learn where to get protein, calcium, and iron, how to stock your pantry, and family-friendly recipes that will make the transition an adventure. Free food samples provided.
