Meal Plans
The following are general guidelines for an average week of meals. As every client’s needs are different, I will work with you to develop an appropriate plan. Please allow a minimum of 3 weeks notice when scheduling your first cook date.
Each entree includes a substantial amount of vegetables, a protein source (eg., tofu, tempeh, beans) and a grain (eg., brown rice, millet, quinoa). The accompanying salad includes a mix of red or green leaf lettuce, fruit (eg., raisins, fresh strawberries, clementines) and nuts or seeds (eg., pecans, slivered almonds, sunflower seeds).
Family Service: 5 entrees, 4 servings of each (20 meals in total, plus 4 salads)
Full Service: 4 entrees, 4 servings of each (16 meals in total, plus 4 salads)
Basic Service: 3 entrees, 4 servings of each (12 meals in total, plus 2 salads)
Sample: 3 entrees, 2 servings of each (6 meals in total, plus one salad)

This package makes a great gift for new parents, housewarmings, holidays, etc.
All of the above plans include: Initial dietary assessment, Menu planning, Ingredients, Recipe customization, Grocery shopping, Meal preparation, Containers (with labeling and heating instructions), Clean Up
Desserts and Baked Goods
In moderation, desserts can be enjoyed with your meal. I will be happy to make specialized cakes, pies, muffins, brownies, breads or cookies to accompany any meal plan. I can also make desserts or other baked goods for special dinner parties. Gourmet vegan cakes are beautifully decorated with piped frosting, Marzipan, and/or edible flowers when in season.
