Give yourself the gift of extra time with our convenient Personal Chef Service. We provide you with an affordable and delicious solution to the question, "What's for Dinner?" With our Personal Chef Service, you come home to delicious, healthy meals cooked in your own kitchen, allowing you more time to spend on the things that are really important to you.
The following are general guidelines for a week of meals. As every client's needs are different, we will work with you to develop a plan that is right for you. Short and long-term rates are available upon request.
Family Plan: 5 entrees, 4 servings of each (20 meals in total, plus 4 salads)
Full Plan: 4 entrees, 4 servings of each (16 meals in total, plus 4 salads)
Basic Plan: 3 entrees, 4 servings of each (12 meals in total, plus 2 salads)
Sample Plan: 3 entrees, 2 servings of each (6 meals in total, plus one salad)
All of the above plans include: Initial dietary assessment, Menu planning, Ingredients, Recipe customization, Grocery shopping, Meal preparation, Containers (with labeling and heating instructions), Clean Up. Please allow a minimum of 3 weeks notice when scheduling your first cook date.
As a traveling chef, I teach classes on vegan food and nutrition throughout Connecticut. Curricula can be developed for any audience and includes customized recipes as well as plenty of delicious food for students to enjoy.
To suit your individual needs, I also offer private cooking and raw foods lessons in the comfort and convenience of your own home. Private lessons offer a custom curriculum that is tailored to your skill level and desired outcomes. After an initial consultation, a multi-course menu, main topic or theme is determined and a date is scheduled. I will provide a demonstration, cooking tips and nutrition information suited to your needs, and optional hands-on participation
Looking for a fun "Girl's Night" party idea? Schedule a cooking demonstration with up to 3 recipes followed by a sit-down dinner in your own kitchen. I will speak to your group about the ingredients and methods while demonstrating the techniques. When the demo is over your group enjoys the food they just saw prepared! (minimum 5 people)
Menus and themes can be customized to suit your needs. Some examples include: Vegan Desserts for the Holidays, Revitalize with Raw Foods, Tropical Getaway Vegan Style, Vegan Valentine, Springtime Rock 'n Roll, Mexican Fiesta, and The All American Meal Vegan Style.
