Fresh from the Farm - West Hartford Adult Education, Hall High School, West Hartford
Wednesdays, July 7-28
Eating well doesn't have to be complicated. This class will teach you how use fresh, seasonal produce from local farm markets to make delicious meatless meals that will be enjoyed by everyone. Each session will include an appetizer, entree and dessert made with locally sourced ingredients, meal planning ideas, kitchen shortcuts and shopping tips. $30 materials fee payable to instructor.
